Who we are
Matt Manser, trading through The Manser Family Trust (ABN 79 284 021 177), Adelaide, South Australia. Real estate services are provided through eXp Realty, RLA 300185.
What we collect
- Details you send us: your name, phone number and email when you ask for a free guide, book a call or send a message.
- Social media: when you comment on or message Matt's social accounts, the platform shares your public profile name and the message so we can reply.
- Matt's own accounts: our publishing tool connects only to Matt Manser's own TikTok and YouTube accounts, using each platform's official API, to upload videos Matt has made. It reads basic profile information for those accounts (name, avatar, account ID) and the status of uploads. It does not access other people's accounts or data.
How we use it
To send you what you asked for, reply to you, and keep a record of our conversations in our customer system. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it's kept
In our website host (Netlify), our customer relationship system, and Matt's own computer, protected by account security. Platform access tokens are stored privately and used only to post Matt's own content.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. Matt can revoke the tool's access to his accounts at any time in each platform's settings.
