Join my team at eXp. Run your business on SI.
Others teach SI. I run on it.
I'm a working agent with eXp Realty in Adelaide, and my business runs on SI: Stirling, my SI chief of staff, and 28 agents in five teams handle the work around every client. Join my team and you're working alongside someone who does this every day, and you'll see exactly how it's done.
Or text or call me on 0437 044 433
Every eXp sponsor offers the same model. The difference is what comes with the sponsor.
The split, the cap and the revenue share are set by eXp, not by me. So the honest question isn't which sponsor has the best deal. It's which one will actually make your business better on Monday morning. My answer: work alongside an agent whose business already runs on SI, and see exactly how it's done.
What working alongside me looks like.
I sell homes in Adelaide. Everything around the selling runs on SI, and I approve rather than produce. This is what my back office does every day, while I'm out with clients.
Enquiries answered in minutes
A daytime enquiry typically hears back in about ten minutes. A website form gets a phone call back within five. Late-night enquiries wait for morning.
Every comment and DM answered
Georgie, my SI assistant, answers Facebook and Instagram comments and DMs, signs as Georgie, and puts the details into my CRM.
The content machine
Videos, carousels and market updates, scripted, designed and scheduled. I record and I approve. 100 posts in 46 days.
A weekly newsletter
My Adelaide property newsletter goes to about 1,400 inboxes every week, produced by the same machine.
Listings launched from one signature
When a vendor signs, the signboard, brochure and letterbox drop are built and staged for my approval.
Contracts watched
Contracts are drafted for me to check, and every milestone is checked on a schedule, every 30 minutes.
My CRM kept current
Every call, text, enquiry and appointment is written back into Rex, without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
The gate
Every message passes one gate. It has stopped 8,760 duplicate texts, and no client is ever texted at midnight.
One voice
Twenty-eight agents report to Stirling, and he's the only one allowed to text me. One team exists only to watch the others.
Want a system like this built for you?
That's Backbone, my done-for-you SI service. It's open to any agent or business owner, whichever brokerage they're with, and it's separate from eXp and from who your sponsor is.
- Content, lead response, follow-up, CRM and oversight
- Built from the same system I run my own business on
- See how Backbone works →
Not a promise. My Tuesday.
This is the system that runs my own real estate business: Stirling, my SI chief of staff, and 28 agents in five teams. Every number here was counted from its own logs.
My own business, measured 10 October 2026. Duplicates: 20 July to 10 October 2026. Posts: 22 August to 7 October 2026.

Built on the CRM eXp gives you.
eXp Realty Australia runs every agent's business on Rex, with your own branding and ownership of your data.1 My system is built around my own Rex. So what I show you isn't a demo built for some other software. It's the setup I use every day, on the same platform you'd be on.
- Enquiries picked up and answered every 15 minutes
- Listing pipeline: boards, brochures and copy
- Social posts published, then checked that they went live
- Late-night replies held until morning
The model, in plain English.
These are eXp's own published terms for Australia, with the source for each. eXp sets them and they can change, so check the current agreement before you decide. That goes for anything you hear from any sponsor, me included.
75/25 until $100,000 GCI. Then 100%.1
Independent contractor agents keep 75% and eXp takes 25% until $100,000 in gross commission for the year. After that, the agent keeps 100% for the rest of the year. The cap resets on your work anniversary. Commission-only employed agents are on 70/30 to the same cap, then 95/5.
A startup fee, a monthly fee, a settlement fee.1
eXp Australia states a one-off $275 startup fee and a $275 monthly subscription (both including GST), plus a $550 settlement transaction fee that it says is payable by the seller on settlement.
Optional, and not taken from anyone's commission.1279
If an agent you introduce does a deal, eXp pays you a share of its own portion of the commission, never a cut of theirs. It runs across seven tiers. Tiers one to three are open from your first day; tiers four to seven open once you've personally sponsored 5, 10, 15 and then 30 productive agents. Once an agent caps for the year, there's no company portion left to share on their deals until their cap resets.
The ICON program, and other ways to own shares.15
eXp's ICON program awards shares in the parent company (now AGNT, Inc., Nasdaq: AGNT) to agents who qualify, which eXp Australia states as up to $21,000 in shares. There are two pathways: reach the $100,000 cap and then pay $10,000 in post-cap transaction fees, or write $750,000+ in GCI with at least 10 closed transactions and an ICON qualifying fee. There are also smaller stock awards for milestones, like your first settlement each year, reaching cap, and a sponsored agent's first settlement, plus an optional program to put part of your commission into shares at a discount. I haven't listed those amounts because I couldn't confirm the 2026 Australian figures. Every award depends on eligibility and vesting rules.
No franchises, no territories, no branch office.1
eXp removed franchises, territories and brick-and-mortar offices. Agents meet, train and get support in eXp World, a 3D cloud campus, with compliance managed and supported locally in Australia. If you want a desk, eXp agents get access to Regus shared offices.
Rex, Canva Pro and your own brand.13
Every agent runs on Rex Enterprise CRM with full branding rights and ownership of their data, plus Canva Pro, a marketing centre and a free agent microsite. Independent contractors can use their own brand alongside the eXp Realty logo; commission-only employed agents use eXp templates.
A shift to fully licensed agents.4
In September 2026 eXp Australia said it is centring its network on fully licensed agents. Class 2 agents have two paths: complete full licensing, or work in a team under a fully licensed eXp licensee.
Global, and publicly listed.5
eXp Realty's parent, AGNT, Inc. (formerly eXp World Holdings), reported 87,338 agents and brokers on its platform at 30 June 2026, and trades on the Nasdaq as AGNT.
eXp runs the trust account and compliance.17
eXp looks after the sales trust account (receipting, disbursements and audits) and compliance, with support managed locally in Australia. The subscription also bundles the day-to-day stack: Rex CRM and prospecting, CoreLogic property data, digital forms and signing, Canva Pro, websites and tech support.
Your sponsor is for keeps. A co-sponsor is optional.1811
Your sponsor doesn't change your split, your cap or your fees, and generally can't be changed once you've joined. Since May 2025 you can also name a co-sponsor, in any country, within five days of onboarding.
eXp, explained.
Start with eXp's own ten-minute explainer. Then the parts agents ask me about most: ICON and stock, global listings, and your brand. They're also in one playlist on my channel.

Who this is for, and who it isn't.
You want leverage, not more hours.
- You're a licensed agent anywhere in Australia
- You're good with clients and buried in everything around them
- You'd rather approve your marketing than make it
- You want your own brand and your own database
- You're curious about SI but don't want to become a programmer
Look elsewhere if you want…
- Someone to hand you leads you didn't earn
- A branch office with a manager down the hall every day
- Income promises. You won't get any here
- To be recruited into recruiting. Revenue share is optional
- SI to talk to your clients with no human checking it
Three steps. No pressure in any of them.
A confidential chat
Thirty minutes. You tell me how your business runs today, and I show you mine running. Nobody at your office hears about it.
Do your homework
Watch eXp's own explainer, read the agreement, and ask me anything. I'll show you any part of my system you want to see.
Join, and get to work
If it's right, you apply to eXp and name me as your sponsor. From then on you're on my team, working alongside an agent who runs on SI.
The things agents actually ask.
Does joining under you change my split or my fees?
No. eXp sets the split, the cap and the fees, and they're the same whichever sponsor you choose. What changes is who you're working alongside. With me, that's a working agent whose business runs on SI, and a direct line to him.
Can I change sponsors later?
Generally, no. eXp treats your sponsor as permanent once you've joined, apart from narrow corrections. You can add a co-sponsor, but only within five days of onboarding. That's exactly why it's worth choosing carefully, and why I'd rather you ask me hard questions now.
Who looks after my trust account?
eXp does. It handles the sales trust account, receipting, disbursements and audits, with compliance and licensee support in Australia. You don't need to run your own trust account to sell under eXp.
I run a team or an office. Can we move together?
Yes. Teams and whole offices can join eXp together, and since September 2026 eXp Australia has had an Enterprise pathway for established franchise offices. That's a bigger conversation, so let's talk it through properly on a call.
Can I refer clients interstate or overseas?
Yes. eXp has agents across Australia and on six continents, so a client who's moving can be referred to an eXp agent where they're going, under eXp's referral rules.
Do I have to be in Adelaide?
No. eXp is a cloud brokerage with licensed offices in several states, so you can be anywhere it operates. Your own licence and your state's rules still apply.
Do I have to recruit anyone?
No. Revenue share is optional. Plenty of agents join eXp for the split, the cap and the tools, and never sponsor anyone. I won't pressure you to.
Is Backbone part of joining your team?
No. Backbone is my done-for-you SI service, open to any agent or business owner, whichever brokerage they're with. It's separate from eXp, and separate from which sponsor you choose.
Can I keep my own brand?
If you're an independent contractor, eXp's branding guidance lets you use your own brand alongside the eXp Realty logo. Commission-only employed agents use eXp's templates.
I'm not technical. Will I cope?
Yes. I'm a real estate agent, not a software developer. I'll show you how my system works in plain English, starting with the guardrails. You don't need to build anything to join eXp.
Will I earn more at eXp?
Nobody can honestly promise that, and I won't. It depends on your production, your costs and your current deal. On our call we can look at your own numbers against eXp's published model, and you can decide.
I'm a Class 2 agent or sales representative. Can I join?
In September 2026 eXp Australia said it's centring its network on fully licensed agents, with two paths for Class 2 agents: get fully licensed, or work in a team under a fully licensed eXp licensee. How that applies in your state is a question for eXp's compliance team, and I'll help you ask it.
Is this conversation confidential?
Completely. Nobody at your current office hears about it from me, and there's no obligation to do anything after we talk.
Thirty minutes. Completely confidential.
Tell me how your business runs today. I'll show you mine running, walk you through the eXp model with your own numbers, and tell you honestly whether it fits.
